OUR POLICIES

We're not a Hotel or Motel, you will be camping in the great outdoors at your own risk.  Be Aware !! Be Prepared !!

1. This is a ”family-friendly” camp. Please be mindful of your language.

2. Be considerate of your camping neighbors. Never walk onto or through another camp-site without invitation from that camper.

3. We ask that all guests observe quiet time from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.

4. Children 15 and under must be on their registered site or under adult supervision between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

5. All pets must be approved prior to booking. Pets must be leashed when appropriate.

6. Visitors must park vehicles in the designated parking area. Please do not drive your vehicle anywhere other than to your tipi.

7. Illegal drug use, public intoxication, fighting and vandalism are not tolerated. You will be asked to leave immediately if this happens.

8. Alcoholic beverages must be consumed on your site. There is no smoking in any of our tipis.

9. Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 10:00pm. You will need to call us before 10:00 pm if something happens that will make you late. Checkout is 11:00 am the last day of your stay unless other arrangements have been approved by the camp hosts.

10. Please put all trash in the provided receptacles.

11. Fire pits may not be moved. For fire safety reasons we provide propane fire pits. These may be used to make s’mores but are not designed for other cooking. We provide a propane barbeque grill for cooking. Due care is expected when using either appliance.

12. Burning is governed by the local fire restrictions in place at the time of your stay and will be posted on-site. It is possible the use of propane appliances may be restricted in extreme conditions. 

13. Fireworks are prohibited in the camp. This includes all types of fireworks. (including those sold legally in NM).

14. Use of firearms is prohibited in the camp. If you want to engage in shooting sports there are several sites and a formal shooting range in the area. All firearms must be unloaded and secured in a personal vehicle when at the camp.     

15. All reservations will be assessed a $45.00 cleaning fee.

16. Disclaimer - Camping is an outdoor experience and mother nature is a part of the experience. We therefore cannot issue refunds due to the weather.

17. You must also understand that Wildlife encounters are a possibility that we cannot anticipate or control. Be aware of your surroundings at all times. Currently we have never had any dangerous encounters.

18. Management reserves the right to refuse service to and evict anyone, without refund, for behavior that is considered detrimental to the campground or fellow campers.
